The heating pad plugs into a standard outlet. The cord is about 70.9 in long and chew-resistant. The house itself works without power, just without heat.
What is the escape door for?
It's an exit-only back door with a magnetic catch. If a predator comes to the entrance, the cat can leave through the back.
Can I stack two houses?
Yes. The roof and base are designed to lock together, so two houses can be stacked for two cats.
