How fast is shipping?
Orders ship with tracking and typically arrive in 3-7 business days anywhere in the US. Shipping is free on orders of $49 or more; orders under $49 have a $5 shipping fee. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do the smart feeders need Wi-Fi?
Yes. Our camera feeders connect to your home Wi-Fi so you can schedule meals, watch live video and get alerts in the iOS or Android app. The 2K Dual-Camera, HD Camera and Dual-Bowl feeders work with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks. Each product page lists the exact Wi-Fi and app requirements.
Is setup difficult?
No. Plug the feeder in, download the app named on the product page, connect it to your Wi-Fi and set your feeding schedule. The grooming vacuums need no app or Wi-Fi: attach a tool, switch on and start grooming.
What happens during a power outage?
Every camera feeder we sell has a backup battery compartment, so scheduled meals keep running if the power goes out. Batteries are not included.
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Email info@pawsomebark.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email info@pawsomebark.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
