Return Eligibility:

- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, perishable goods (such as treats or food), and gift cards are not eligible for return. Additionally, any items marked as "final sale" are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
- Refund Method: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:
