Scheduled meals need the feeder to be set up through the app. We recommend a stable 2.4GHz or 5GHz connection for live video and alerts.
What happens during a power outage?
Add backup batteries (not included) and the feeder keeps its feeding schedule running.
What food can I use?
Dry kibble. Wet or freeze-dried food is not suitable.
Is it good for more than one pet?
