Will it work with my Wi-Fi?
It connects to both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi, and you set it up in the app on iOS or Android.
How do live view and recording work?
Live view, two-way audio and video playback all run through the app. Recordings can be saved to a TF (microSD) card or to cloud storage, which is managed in the app. Have a question about a specific feature? Email us before you buy.
Will it keep feeding in a power cut?
Yes, if you add 3 D batteries (not included) as backup. Scheduled meals continue while the power is out.
What food can I use?
Dry kibble only. Wet or raw food is not suitable.
How long does 7L last?
It depends on your pets’ portion sizes and how many meals you schedule. A full hopper holds about 29 cups of kibble.
Does slow feeding help fast eaters?
It dispenses one portion at a time, about a minute apart, which paces the meal for pets who eat quickly.
How do I clean it?
The parts detach for washing, and the stainless steel bowls are dishwasher safe. Keep the base with the cameras dry.
